Because Raichu doesn't get enough love! I actually prefer him to Pikachu.
I have mixed feelings about this guy, I went through a lot of love/hate moments with this piece. At some moments I wanted to trash it, and then some moments I actually like it. I'm a perfectionist so that probably doesn't help lol. I was messing around with some new shading techniques. He turned out a lot better than I thought he would though haha.
